As a versatile job shop serving the medical, manufacturing, and semiconductor industries, Licari Manufacturing can provide prototyping and short run CNC machining services. Our capabilities include the ability to mill, turn, and bore a multitude of materials including steel, stainless steel, plastics, ceramics, and composite materials. Any component that can be made in production can be prototyped by experienced machinists in our fully equipped tool room. For single piece or small volume work, parts can be machined on manual equipment to prevent any dedicated tooling costs. We can fabricate parts up to 60" in length, and 30" in width, depending on geometry and machining method.

SURFCAM Velocity software can be used to produce 3D models of designs before fabrication, and CMM equipment can verify all dimensional tolerances after machining. Dimensional tolerances as tight as ±0.0002" can be held as specified. We are ITAR registered and members of the Better Business Bureau. Our entire team is dedicated to providing customers with high quality parts, fast turnaround, and personal customer service. Local delivery is available and custom stocking programs can be designed around customer needs.
