Licari Manufacturing is a versatile machine shop with the ability to produce prototypes and production level components. For over 30 years, our experienced machinists have been working with customers to provide a variety of parts for the medical, military, semiconductor, and other manufacturing industries. Machining capabilities include milling and turning using both automated and manual equipment. CNC milling centers have 4-axis machining capabilities, allowing us to produce complex profiles with a single set up. Multiple surface grinding tools can be used to further refine tolerances and achieve required surface finishes. Additionally, welding and vibratory tumbling services are available and additional processes can be subcontracted as needed to provide customers with a complete fabrication solution.

We machine traditional metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as well as more exotic materials such ceramics, engineered plastics, and composite materials. Machining tolerances can be held to ±0.0002" at critical dimensions. All dimensional inspections are performed using regularly calibrated equipment. Our entire company is focused on providing customers with the highest level of service and short turnaround times at competitive prices.
